What COVID-19 safety rules & regulations will Music Fest Orlando have in place?

We will incorporate multiple hand sanitizing stations throughout the fairgrounds. We also encourage guests to follow the current CDC guidelines, which can be found here: How to Protect Yourself & Others | CDC

When and where will Music Fest Orlando take place?

Date: Saturday, March 23rd 2024

Location: Central Florida Fairgrounds | 4603 W Colonial Dr, Orlando, FL 32808

Time: Gates Open at 1:00 PM | Show Starts at 1:30 PM until 11:00 PM

Which artists are performing at Music Fest Orlando?

Keith Sweat, Tank, Musiq Soulchild, Plies, Trick Daddy, Trina, JT Money, Sunshine Anderson, Levelle and more!

**Artist line-up is subject to change.

Can I still buy tickets?

Yes, while supplies last! Tickets are available by visiting www.musicfestorlando.com and/or Suit City of Orlando at 7840 W Colonial Dr., Orlando, FL 32818.

*Suit City will only have General Admission tickets available in-store.

Tickets will also be available on-site at the Central Florida Fairgrounds starting at 10:00 AM on Saturday, March 23, 2024 (including will call tickets).

What is the seating arrangement?

 

VIP sections (Ulta Premium, Gold, Silver) have reserved table seating.

Preferred sections (Bronze) have reserved chair seating.

The General Admission area has limited seating that is not reserved. We encourage you to bring your own folding lawn or beach chair.

*Each seating area has a different price. Please refer to the ticket website here for ticket pricing and seating chart (click on “show description” to view).

Are backstage passes or artist meet-and-greet tickets available for purchase?

No, not at this time. However, we encourage you to purchase VIP tickets to be up close and personal with your favorite artists!

Are children required to have a ticket?

Yes, children age 2 or older are required to have their own ticket.

Should I bring my children to the show?

This decision is left to the discretion of each parent. However, the show caters to a mature audience.

Are tickets refundable?

No. Tickets are non-refundable.

What happens if it rains?

This is a “rain, or shine” show. The event will continue even if it rains. Be sure to follow us on social media (Instagram) for the latest updates!

How much is parking?

Parking rates range from $30 to $50, depending on where you park. You may purchase your parking ticket(s) in advance on our ticket website here.

Will there be ADA parking?

There will be limited ADA parking for guests with disabilities on-site. ADA parking rates will be free of charge and available on a first come, first serve basis.

You will need a verified handicap placard, permit, or license plate to enter this parking lot. The person to whom the handicap credential is issued must be present in the vehicle, as a driver or passenger.

What if I use a ride-share service (Uber, Lyft, etc.)? Where should I be dropped off?

Which items are permitted to enter the fairgrounds?
  • Any bag made of clear plastic, clear vinyl or clear PVC (max size 14” X 11” X 5”)
  • Small purse, clutch bag or cross body bag (max size 14” X 11” X 5”)
  • Fanny Packs
  • Folding Beach/Lawn Chairs
  • Blankets
  • Travel Umbrellas (10-12 inches)
  • Rain Ponchos
  • Liquid sunscreen, in non-aerosol containers 3ox or less
  • Bug spray in non-¬aerosol containers of 3oz. or less
  • Portable Phone Chargers
  • Medicine – Please note that prescription and OTC medications are subject to specific guidelines**

**Guidelines for prescription and OTC medications: Prescription medications are allowed only in the original prescription bottle, any persons attempting to bring in prescription medication must have government¬ issued photo identification card that matches the name printed on the prescription, and the pills in the bottle must match the description printed on the prescription. You will only be allowed to carry the dosage of prescription medication required for the duration of each individual Event date. Over-¬the-¬counter medications are allowed in provided that they are new and in the original, factory¬-sealed container.

**Confiscated or items voluntarily surrendered will NOT be held or returned.

**Please note parameters are subject to change due to the specific requests of artists & local authorities.

Are pets allowed?

Only service animals are allowed.

Will there be ATMs available on-site?

Yes

Is there re-entry to the event?

No re-entry is permitted. Only in the event of a weather emergency, re-entry will be permitted with your ticket when it is safe to return. Follow us on social media (Instagram) for live weather updates and announcements.
